Split bottom rack pads are easy to install on any rack. Velcro straps and elastic ties secure them to the crossbar. 600 denier solution dyed polyester fabric. Very good resistance to UV effects. Regular size fits most after market rack systems with 1″ round tubes, or 1.125″ x .75″ bars. Sold in pairs, packaged in poly bag with header. Made in USA.
